  • This is a class tailored for beginners to intermediate beginners taught by owner, Jennifer Lucas.
  • We ensure your guests are received with a warm and beautiful environment and fantastic workout.
  • 55 minute class begins promptly at 3:30 every other Wednesday through May, beginning May 1.
  • Bring socks and wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary.
