PILATES GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASS
Utilizing our beautiful and diverse collection of Balanced Body Pilates equipment, this full-body workout increases strength and flexibility, particularly for the back and abdomen, while improving posture, balance and muscle control. Average class size is 6 students. Guaranteed personal attention. All levels welcome. Equipment utilized includes reformers, Cadillacs/towers, Exo chairs, Arcs, and OPTP foam rollers.

PILATES BARRE CLASS
Our Pilates barre classes are an energetic workout that fuses techniques from Pilates, dance, and yoga that will tone, define and chisel your whole body. A complete combination of strength and flexibility with added cardiovascular element. Utilizes our custom-made red oak ballet barre, light hand weights, and a small Chi exercise ball. All levels welcome. Guaranteed personal attention. Average class size will be 8-15 students.

PILATES MAT CLASS
Pilates mat work takes the focus of the equipment work to the floor. Flowing through a series of exercises that are done on using a mix of Therabands, Pilates rings and foam rollers, you will experience a workout that is both challenging and invigorating.
All levels welcome. Class size varies. Walk-in’s welcome. Socks optional. 55 minutes.
REHABILITATION PILATES GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASS
Class specifically addresses physical issues and rehabilitation for people coming from an injury, joint replacement, and/or specific pain. Instructor teaches systematic movement-based approach to neuromuscular re-education and understands optimal movement strategies. Class is slower paced and taught by instructor with extensive therapy training.
