Welcome to the Synergy Studio. A picture might be worth a thousand words and a written description certainly helps. However, please keep in mind we welcome the opportunity to meet you in person, to show you the studio and to personally assist you in selecting the Synergy Plan that best works for you.

Synergy’s studio is an open, inviting 2,300 square feet with wood floors and mirror-surrounded walls. The Synergy Main Studio is separated from the Synergy Yoga Room to enhance the effectiveness of each space.

The Synergy Main Studio is for both Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes and houses a full spectrum of equipment for both.

The Synergy Yoga Room is quietly comforting and purposely designed to accommodate only 14 students, plus 1 teacher. The perfectly sized room allows the teacher to keep all the students in sight and also allows ample opportunity to provide one-on-one instruction even in a class setting.

The Synergy Yoga Room is also used for Pilates Mat Classes, Pre & Postnatal Mommy & Me Classes, Spine Corrector Classes and other special Synergy classes or workshops.
